About the Cover
Cover: Strong pre-ecdysis triggering hormone (PETH) and ecdysis triggering hormone (ETH) staining in pharate pupae and adults several hours before ecdysis (left panels) considerably decreased 5 min after ecdysis (right panels), indicating the release of these peptides into the hemolymph. Below is a chromatogram showing elution times of PETH, ETH and ETH-associated peptide isolated from Inka cell extracts. See Zitan, Hollar, Spalovska, Takac, Zitnanova, Gill and Adams, pp. 33459-3473.
