Larval zebrafish that received a capped mRNA injection expressed strong green fluorescence at 1 dpf (A) and the fluorescence was evidently reduced as a result of the degradation of the injected capped mRNA at 2 dpf (B). No fluorescence was observed in the larval zebrafish that received capped mRNA and antisense atp2b1a morpholinos (C,E 1 dpf; D,F, 2 dpf).
