Expression of recombinant P. duboscqi salivary adenosine deaminase (ADA). cDNAs encoding P. duboscqi salivary ADA (PduM73 and PduM74) were cloned into PCRT7NT-TOPO vector, and recombinant proteins were expressed in E. coli. The affinity column-purified proteins (lane 1, PduM73; lane2, PduM74; lane 3, empty plasmid vector) were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and then subjected to (A) western blotting and (B) Coomassie blue staining.
