are illustrated. The values represent mean ± s.e.m. for 12 larvae per
stage/temperature for the first two stages and 6 larvae per temperature/stage
for the remaining stages. The relative duration of stratified and mosaic
hyperplasia and the morphology of the larvae at three stages is shown.
