Cells were initially perfused with 1 mmol l-1 tBHP followed by 1 nmol l-1 CCK-8 (A) or 1 µmol l-1 thapsigargin (TPS) (B) in Ca2+-free medium. Traces are representative of 32 and 26 such cells taken from 12 and 10 different experiments, respectively.
