msslo transcripts in larval and adult abdominal DLMs compared with

thoracic DLMs is in contrast to the abdominal pattern. Semi-quantification of
the chemiluminescence was done by comparing the intensity of the
msslo mRNA band with that of the internal control, rpS3.
