(A) In the heart, msslo transcript levels transiently decline during development whereas (B) in the midgut, levels are low until the adult stage. Semi-quantification of the chemiluminescence was done by comparing the intensity of the msslo mRNA band with that of the internal control, rpS3. Mean and S.E.M. are plotted (N=3).
