A Method for Determining the Amount of Oxygen Dissolved in I C.C. of Water
1 Zoological Laboratory of the University of Groningen, Holland
A description is given of a simple micromethod for determining the amount of oxygen dissolved in water. The method is based on the Winkler procedure and requires only I C.C. of water for each analysis. It has the further advantage of avoiding all contact between water and air; consequently, even water of a very low oxygen content may be analysed accurately.
