In the inset a solid circle at the intersection of the initials representing each class indicates a significant difference. (B) There were no significant differences in spike amplitude among the Slow assistance (SA) neurons, the Fast assistance (FA) neurons, and the Medium (M) neurons. However, these three classes had significantly different spike amplitudes than the F/O and FR/W classes. There was no significant difference between the F/O and FR/W class neurons.
