Data are taken from a single fish. Individual rays are plotted on the x-axis with ray 1 being the most anterior along the fin; rays 2–7 are located posteriorly in order. Each graph represents a single swimming speed or maneuver at the point of maximum excursion. Seven rays were analyzed from the dorsal fin (A) and nine rays from the anal fin (B).
