This figure shows that there was almost no difference in the ratio of ubiquitinated proteins/ß-actin between HEK-v and HEK-dtps1 cells at days 0 and 1 of hypoxia exposure. However, as exposure time increased, there was a significant difference on days 2 and 3. *P<0.05 compared to HEK-dtps1 cells.
